Ward practices primarily in the areas of family law and child protection
law. His family law cases involve legal issues relating to child
custody, access and support, divorce, property equalization on
separation, preparation of separation agreements, marriage contract and
cohabitation agreements.
In the area of child protection law, Ward has extensive experience in
representing parents in their dealings with the Children’s Aid Society.
Ward also practices in the areas of criminal law, wills and estates and
residential real estate.
Ward has served on the Board of Directors of Cambridge Home Support, and
is currently a member of the Legal Aid Committee. |

in the area of Criminal Law.
Amy joined Bond & Brownell in 2004. She completed a 10 month term
with the Crown Attorneys Office from 2005-2006. Upon returning to the
firm, Amy has focused exclusively on Criminal and quasi-criminal
matters. Prior to joining the firm
of Bond & Brownell, Amy worked in the areas of competition law,
international frauds and money laundering, and organized crime.
Amy has given presentations on topics such as: the International
Criminal Court; Executing Search Warrants; Money Laundering and
Organized Crime. Amy has been a member of the Board of Directors
for the Child Witness Centre - Waterloo-Wellington Region since 2005.
Amy’s personal interests include playing hockey, kickboxing and traveling
to distant and remote countries. |
